Terms & Conditions for Use of ABVB Brands by Hopes Brand Builders

1. Grant of License
   Hopes Brand Builders grants the applicant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the specified trademarked brand(s) solely for marketing and operating their personal store. Ownership of all trademarks remains with Hopes Brand Builders.
2. Application and Fee
   Use of the licensed brand is subject to the applicant’s successful application and payment of the applicable fee. The fee grants the right to use the brand and receive marketing support; it does not confer ownership.
3. Marketing Support
   Hopes Brand Builders will provide marketing support to enhance brand visibility and sales promotion. The applicant agrees to cooperate and adhere to the marketing guidelines provided.
4. Prohibited Uses
   The applicant shall not:
   • Alter, modify, or create derivative works of the trademarked brand.
   • Sub-license, sub-let, rent, or otherwise transfer their right to use the brand to any third party.
   • Use the brand for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical purpose.
5. Product/Service Quality Standards
   The applicant must ensure that all products and services sold under the licensed brand meet the quality standards set by Hopes Brand Builders. Failure to maintain these standards may result in suspension or termination of the license.
6. Misuse and Misrepresentation
   Misuse of the brand, including unauthorised use, misrepresentation of affiliation, or false advertising, is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to immediate termination of rights to use the brand and legal action.
7. Termination
   Hopes Brand Builders reserves the right to terminate the license at any time upon breach of these terms, including misuse, non-payment of fees, failure to meet quality standards, or violation of prohibited uses.
8. Indemnity
   The applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hopes Brand Builders from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the applicant’s use of the brand.
9. Acknowledgement
   The applicant acknowledges understanding that they do not own the brand and that all intellectual property rights remain with Hopes Brand Builders.
