No. Applicants can hire and use the trademarked brands but the ownership of the trademarks remains with Hopes Brand Builders. You receive marketing support and rights to use the brand for your business, but not ownership.

Can I modify or create my own versions of the brand?
No. Since the trademarks are owned by Hopes Brand Builders, you cannot alter the brand but must use it as provided in accordance with the agreement.
